Guest Chef with Chef Robert Dorsey III was an elegant evening that showcased the skills of our Kitchen of Champions culinary program trainees.
The evening featured Executive and SVdP Program Chef Robert Dorsey III (previously of Bay Wolf restaurant, Kuletos and Blackberry Bistro)

The menu included a four-course meal, wine pairings and entertainment, with proceeds benefiting the Kitchen of Champions culinary training program. The food tasted even better than it looks! Asparagus and beet salad with soft cooked egg and tarragon vinaigrette
“A taste of Shrimp n’ Grits” tender shrimp sauteed with green chilies, and tomato, over cheese grits Slow Roasted Liberty Ranch Duck, potato gratin with spring garlic, young rocket and coriander-blood orange gastrique Spring berry panna cotta with rose water and lavender shortbread
