St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County’s Kitchen of Champions culinary program helps low-income residents move forward in their lives and re-enter the workforce by providing the training and skills needed to obtain employment in the food service and hospitality industries. The program was founded in 2007 and offers opportunities for residents throughout Alameda County. Your support makes it possible for us to offer Kitchen of Champions students the intensive job training, coaching and employment assistance during the program and beyond. SVdP does not charge tuition to attend the Kitchen of Champions program, and we rely heavily on donors and supporters to fund the program.
We invite you to play a vital role in changing a deserving individual’s life by making a monetary contribution. Sponsoring a student will help to ensure the continued success of the Kitchen of Champions culinary training program. No donation is too small, and SVdP is grateful for your support!
